HolsterGuy.com guarantees all of our products against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the reasonable life of the product. If a claim is made and upon our examination of the item in question, we determine the defect or broken part is not the fault of the product user, we will gladly exchange the defective item at no charge to the customer. Each of our products are intended for a specific use, claims for damage or loss while using our products improperly with other property or the product user shall not exceed the cost of the original purchase price.

We strive to provide competitive and current prices on our website. All sales are USD, (U.S. Dollars). Because of inflation and other various factors all prices are subject to change without notice. HolsterGuy.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. You will however have an option to purchase the said item(s) at the correct price.


Domestic Shipping:

Currently we ship all orders valued at or below $300.00 via USPS, orders valued above $300.00 ship via UPS or FEDEX. All orders usually ship within 24 hours after being received, except on weekends. History has shown most orders ship same day. (Note) If ship date is expected to be longer than 48 hours, you will receive an e-mail regarding your new scheduled ship date.

Over Night and & 2 Day Air services are available, but even though we offer these services, it does not constitute the items are available for shipping. Before choosing either of these options please call 866-612-1961 first to make sure items are in stock. (Thank you!)

International Orders:

International orders are welcome, we require all international customers to supply us with a good ship to address and then request shipping cost to address given. Once we have your total costs for the product and shipping, we will send a money request via PayPal. After payment has been received we will ship UPS and e-mail tracking information. In the event UPS does not service your area, we will ship USPS.


There is no product availability information on our website. Please call 866-612-1961 if a guarantee of availability is required. In most cases all products are in stock and ready to ship, but if it’s not we will do our best to let you know the anticipated ship and delivery dates available.


Holsterguy.com, designs and manufactures all our products here in the USA, which creates an opportunity for many of our customers to request integration of a carrying solution for an (item or device) they are currently using on a day to day basis into one of our products. If you would like to change an existing order you may do so. It must be done before the item has been shipped. You can do this by calling us at 1-866-612-1961. Order changes sent via e-mail may not be received and processed in time.


Returns are gladly welcome. We realize that occasionally online purchases need to be returned. Rest assured your covered, simply call us within seven days of receiving your order and let us know you're sending it back. A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to items being returned after 7 days, (30 DAYS FINAL). We will process your refund as soon as the items have been inspected, (what will not be refunded is the shipping charges). If you are exchanging for another item, Customer will be responsible for new shipping charges. Note: The item (s) being returned needs to be in new condition with original packaging or refund will not be granted.


To cancel an order, please call us at 1-866-612-1961 or e-mail us at Sales@holsterguy.com. If the order hasn't been shipped, we can cancel it for you. If the order has been shipped we will gladly accept a return, and a refund will be given (minus shipping & handle charges incurred TO and FROM), Note: The item (s) being returned needs to be in new condition with original packaging or refund will not be granted.


All wholesales orders are final, no refunds, no returns.


All delivery related claims arising from completed deliveries, shall not be refunded if the actual shipment/order has reached its destination address, and somehow did not make it into the customers hands for reasons of theft, mis delivery or bad address. It is the customers responsibility when ordering to make proper delivery arrangements. Insurance & Delivery confirmation services can be requested before shipment has been processed if you believe a safe delivery cannot be made at the address given to Holsterguy.com
